Clear expectations around sessions and fees

Individual therapy sessions are 50 to 60 minutes.

The standard fee for new clients is $200 per session.

Insurance Participation & Reimbursement

Libby is currently in-network with Aetna, Anthem, United Healthcare/Optum, and Carelon Behavioral Health.

When insurance is not accepted, a superbill can be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

How sessions are held

All sessions take place through a secure telehealth platform (Jane). This allows clients across California to access care from their own space.

Accessibility and limited reduced-fee spaces

Accessibility to therapy and mental health support is super important to us. A select number of sliding-scale spaces are reserved for clients experiencing financial hardship.
